Karlie posted a sweet message on Instagram which confirmed that she said Yes!:

The two have been dating since 2012 before Kushner decided to put a ring on it. They’ve been relatively low-key throughout the course of their relationship, only appearing to a handful of events together.

People broke the news earlier today with a source saying, “He proposed a few weeks ago during a romantic weekend together in upstate New York.” They add, “They’re both overjoyed and happily celebrating. Their hearts are full and they’re excited to build their future together.”
