Real Housewives star Krissy Marsh sells in Dover Heights prior to auction
The Dover Heights home of Real Housewives star Krissy Marsh failed to find a buyer with its $8m guide in 2017 — it’s sold for considerably more this week.
Krissy and her property developer husband, John Marsh, listed the six-bedroom home at 35 Military Rd for September 1 auction following their upgrade to DoubleBay.
Agents Alex Lyons of Raine and Horne Double Bay and Elliott Placks, principal of Ray White Double Bay, had interest in the $10.5m to $11m range.
With three buyers keen, the guide was lifted to $11m to $12m and it sold on Monday to an eastern suburbs family.

The residence is yet to settle, though a caveat on the title confirms their purchase which is believed to be in the $25m to $30m range.
That also has six bedrooms but is on a larger 2300sqm block with a pool.
Although on a smaller, low-maintenance 556sqm block, the Marsh family’s current home also has a pool, two barbecues and resort-style gardens.
The architect-designed residence offers indoor-outdoor living with multiple private spaces to relax and entertain along with ocean views and a city panorama.
The rooftop entertainer’s terrace crowns the three-levels of interiors, which include living, dining and fammily areas along with a gourmet kitchen, study, home theatre, gym and cellar.
