The Celebration of Life
Weston always hated the dreariness of funerals. He was always more fond of celebrating life. In line with his wishes, we have arranged a Celebration of Life on May 18th, from 1:30 to 5:00 PM, at the Guelph University Arboretum. We invite everyone to join us at any point throughout that time. The speeches are to begin at 2:30, followed by a toast to Weston and some light snacks and drinks.
The venue grounds have plenty of seating to socialize and reminisce, as well as many peaceful spots for those who wish to wander and reminisce at some of Weston's favorite spots. The dress code is colorful, as Weston wanted this to be a happy event. More details to come (including donations in lieu of flowers), but for now, we wanted to let everybody know in hopes that they can make it.
